- Is this the best place to start working with you?It depends. The Weekend Workshop is where you learn the sixteen essential elements of effective CPTSD treatment planning and use them to build your customized two-year "had CPTSD" plan. You leave with a comprehensive roadmap, not guesswork. The workshop is the self-directed pathway: you take what you've learned and implement on your own. Happily Ever After is the full protocol with my direct support as a mentor, trainer, and service provider over six months. Both pathways are designed for the same student. The question is what level of access to the full CPTSD Medicine experience fits your life right now.
- What is the difference between this and Happily Ever After? The Weekend Workshop is a three-day intensive where you learn the framework and leave with your plan. It is education. Happily Ever After is a six-month container where you learn the full protocol and implement it in real time with my direct support. It includes 1:1 IFS sessions, live group sessions, five foundational learning paths, a private community, and a personalized onboarding and off-boarding process. If the workshop teaches you what CPTSD Resolution requires, Happily Ever After is where you do it alongside of me and a select group of fellow childhood trauma survivors.

- Is now the time to invest in CPTSD Medicine? If you already know CPTSD is at the root of what you are experiencing, the honest answer is that the best time to start is the soonest time you are able. Not because of artificial scarcity, but because CPTSD Resolution is a roughly two-year process. Every month you wait is a month added to the other side. The patterns you are living with right now, in your relationships, your parenting, your career, your nervous system, those continue to compound while you deliberate. The workshop exists so that the financial and time commitment to begin is as low as possible. Three days and $575 to stop guessing and start planning.
- What kind of results can I expect? You will leave with a completed two-year treatment plan built on the sixteen essential elements of effective CPTSD Resolution. That alone eliminates the most expensive problem survivors face: years of trial-and-error investing in supports that may not be sequenced correctly or addressing the right things at the right time. Beyond the plan itself, students report a shift in how they see their own healing. The skills that have made you successful professionally, your ability to learn complex systems, follow through on execution, and lead with precision, finally have a structure worthy of them. You stop being a passive consumer of mental health services and start leading your own CPTSD Resolution the same way you lead everything else in your life.
- How do you recommend I talk to my therapist about this?Bring it up directly. Most therapists will respect that you are taking an active role in your own healing. You might say something like: "I'm attending a training on effective CPTSD treatment planning. It's an educational workshop, not therapy, and I will want to share with you what I learn so that we can maximize my investment in working with you."
You are not asking permission. You are informing a member of your support team. If your therapist reacts negatively to you seeking additional education about treating CPTSD, that is worth paying attention to.
